In early Spring 2012 I ordered 7 cherry trees (smithnursery order 916) from them, 5 of which arrived dead. They requested that I send them pictures of the trees as well as photos of cuts they asked me to make in the bark, to which I complied. They agreed they were indeed dead and said they would ship out replacements. After a long holiday weekend, replacements arrived, probably sitting in a warehouse some place, and they were devoid of greenery and equally dead. Once again I went through the request for photos and yet again they agreed they were dead and promised healthy replacements as soon as they began the Fall shipments. Well, that was suppose to be over a month ago, repeated emails and even messages from their web site venue go unanswered. Phone calls go to a answering machine that says they are closed until the Fall shipping season, again, over a month in the past.
I am not a bit happy about their service much less their integrity and customer service, especially with me out the 5 trees and the money for them to a company that does not even seem to exist anymore.
