Hi, I had recieved a phone call from "James Allen" and he said that we were aproved for a 3500.00 loan. That is the amount that we needed to get moved and get caught up on our bills so we were interested. He said that we needed to pay just $171.00 plus $12.00 to send it, coming to a total of $183.00. Then they would release my funds ASAP. So i went to pawn my wedding ring and my mini laptop and was going send the money and pick up my money. Well I waited and waited after i sent the money and a lady calls me named Mary. She said that since i had put money into their bussiness i could have 7 insallement payments which would be wiped off. I would not have to pay them but she needs another $176.00 plus Cost to send it $12.00 coming to a total of $188.00. By this time i was mad, I was an hour alway with my son (19 month old) and not much gas to get home. But after my yelling fit nothing changed so i just came home. The next day we borrowed money from my mother n law, and told her she have it back asap. I went to the store to wire the money of $188.00 to get this loan, and I waited for the call. and same thing. This time i needed to pay taxs on the money. The loan amount also increased since i had to pay all this money into this loan and all the times i had to come to the store. (so they say) So after the phone call we need to pay taxs of $256.00 plus $12.00 to send it. I asked to speak with a manger to jsut get my money back. That was not even the case. They wont refund you!!! I spoke with Fred Johnson who said he was a manger and he would be heping me solve my issue with his company. So i hope him, if this is a scam I will be sueing. He said it was not I just needed to pay taxs and that was all. There is nothing else I needed to pay to release my money. So friday comes around and we pay teh 256.00 plus 12 to send it. And i wait for my money nothing! they need me to pay another fee of 191.00 plus 12 to send it. by this time i am really upset. So we pay it go eat and wait. This time my son needs his med he is sick we use the last peeny on them due to the fact we should be getting close to 5 grand back. so They call me back with the same offer as no payment for 7 month just need to reapply for 171.00. I said no i want my money back he said you can get a refund for 151.00 or just pay 171 to get ur money. I informed him that i was not paying no more money to this scam and i just needed my money my light will be off in 2 days i have no car insurance it was cancled saturday and my son needs his med and diapers etc. He said im sorry there nothin i can do just pay it. So i spoke with fred and he said o my that not good, and spoke with his manger and still nothing he promised me he would pay all my money back if this went this way of me needing more money and he now saying he cant. They refuse to redund me my money and now saying my accoount is now closed. So they have pocked 842.00 and refusing to refund it back, i wasted alot of time and money in gas plus my son was out in the cold wind and he got sick, but they dont care they jsut want money no matter what you tell them. To them again my account closed there is nothing they can do until they get another 171.00
