On the 19th October I bought CASH TRIGGERS software from millionbucks2012.com and supposedly paid USD27 via their gateway z-pay.net by VISA but I got a shock when I was charged USD87 instead. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact z-pay.net, I was contacted by one David Marsh and was assured of a USD60 refund (which I overpaid) within 2 weeks, which was on the 20th October. It is now 3 weeks (today is 12th Nov) and there was still no refund and David Marsh no longer answers my mails. His email is [email protected] I told David Marsh that while at first he offered to make me a full refund, I told him I will honor the USD27 purchase and just want my USD60 overpayment back.
