I downloaded a free trial of Norton which almost ruined my computer, i couldnt even remove the garbage so I had to end up calling someone in some foreign country who tried to charge me 199 dollars trying to convince me i had a virus in my computer when I told him my computer started slowing down as soon as i installed the Norton software. I hung up with him, called Norton and told them to cancel me that I was not going to use thier inferior product. I finally got ahold of a link to remove thier software and now I find I am being charged for a years subscription. This company is a joke. They used to be reputable when they first came out and they had a good product, but now I guess they have to resort to stealing from people for profits.
