i ordered a pair of beats studio headphones got a email saying the payment was a error then to reorder it whcih i didnt but then got a email saying the transaction had gone threw so i checked my bank to see if the money had gone out and the company had took more money than they should have i later did some investigation of the company and found lots of other people had some bad issues with the company and it was a scam as they stated they were in the uk but they are in china so i have had to contact them to ask for the transaction to be cancelled that was 2 days ago i have heard nothing from them and it doesnt help they have numerous e mail address so i have contacted my bank with the paperwork from the company and e mails asking for my refund and i will be taking them into my bank tomorrow to get my money back why has this company not been closed down ?
