I paid $15 for a movie and when I received it it was an illegal burnt copy, this person sells pirated DVD'S for 9.99, postage for 4.99, it comes in an envelope a card would come in with a 20 cent Christmas stamp and a 44 cent regular stamp, the quality was un watchable, he refused to send a refund, read the reviews, he has scammed many, I think he owns the website and lists positive reviews, he goes under the same aphro4ever, Amber Servi, and ratel, he is foreign due to the emails I exchanged with him.

There's never been a user aphro4ever, and ratel is based in the USA. If you have a problem with a transaction, email security (at) sell.com and they will contact the seller on your behalf to help resolve the issue.
Please provide the Listing ID and date of transaction. -
