I needed a new camera lens for a photo shoot I was to do. It was sold out everywhere but overstocklenses.com, from what I could see. I was in a hurry and quickly purchased the lens and ran out the door. I then received a lens that was made up of many different company brands and not the single Canon company I was promised. It was also a dirty/used open box item. They promised to send me a label for return of my money alongside the return of the lens they claimed was meant for a different customer. I never received the label or a refund and I can no longer access the website, email or phone.
