they been took this amount from my creadit card, din send any receipt for me and din mention again. now my claim has been succesful, they didnt refund the money to me, and keep ask me to pay them 30% plus VAT. So where is that money gone? why they took 359.98 before start the claim? now ask money again. they are unproffesion, no reliable and fraud.
