While working on my laptop, a screen came on telling me my security system was not working(it also made it impossible to get on the internet) They offered to fix the problem and provide a security system for $79.00 for lifetime service. Once I signed up the internet immediately began working. They gave me an ID # (514da7243cdc7099b69f682016b7ec9, license code #4852-249915-8202) I seldom use this computer but when I didstart it up I couldn't find the program. Previously I had Microsoft security essentials.
