i took a platinum membership over this acc using my debit card and the membership last only upto 2 days ...i also send them e-mails but didnt get any answer ...i request all of u to never go on that site its a fake site..

I am also having problems with Cassava Enterprises (same standard letter blocking accounts) and would strongly urge all online bingo/poker players etc to avoid them at all costs. check the company name before joining any new site as Cassava own a huge percentage of them under different names City, Sing, Tasty etc. They have blocked me from all of my accounts due to the fact that I was winning and withdrawing frequently, they have my winnings of £108.36 and will not release it, and the reason for this is that I played too much free bingo??? Why is it on offer if they don't want us to play it? They could easily limit it but then they would have no excuse to block accounts whenever they chose to. Do not deposit any money with them or you will lose it. I have told them that I will not give up on my money - I won it fair and square and I will continue to request it daily.
