I brought a massage chair from the Harvey Norman store at Blacktown & it was sold to me as full leather & now after 3 years all the leather is now peeling off the back of it & I went back to the store with the photos & show them to the warranty person & she told me that I had to get a report done on the chair & if the report proved that it wasn't leather then it was a cut & dried case, that I would be given a refund. The report was done by The Leather Doctor & was shown to be PU Leatherette. I took the report back to Harvey Norman & they totally refused to comply at all & have basicly told me bad luck that they are going to do nothing...
