I took out a mortgage loan and it was set up with an impound account. The loan closed in August of 2012. I received a notice from my insurance company last night that states my policy is being cancelled for non-payment of premium. It appears the Lending Tree did not pay the premiums that they held back on the Hud-1 Settlement Statement.
