They represented in an USA Today ad that they had vault bags of rare US coins. They sold them for $97 plus additional S&H charge and insurance charge. There ad led one to believe there would be numerous old coins. The actual coins received were not all US coins and were over 95% pennies, many very new, meaning they were added, not taken from a set of old coins. The bag was sealed with a tag that said,if broken, returns not accepted. So, it was not possible to see what you got. Also, they did not forewarn me about the breaking of the seal voiding return offer.
