He wanted to buy my RTV. Texted me late in the P.M. and next morning he texted me again asking for my name, email, and paypal address. Paypal says that all you need is the buyers email. I texted him back and told him to call me so we can discuss he replied and said that he was hard of hearing (deaf). He sent me his email and I googled it and it was on scambook. I told he was on scambook and I have not heard back.
