International boundaries

I've have good service acquiring my medical needs from Cana-Med in the past - have been using them since July 2012. Normal delivery time has been one month. I have two outstanding orders - one from 8/22 and the other from 10/9. Cana-Med admitted a problem but has failed to respond to inquiries via phone calls and emails.

Update: 12/20/2013

Canadian post problems - all sorted. Janice and Rene have always been honest and prompt with replies. Good service and product. Thanks for what you do . . . . .
