I just moved here from MS, and when I found Pinnacle Properties on Craigslist, I thought they seemed like a reliable company.

When they advertised to me a "3 bedroom home, with new carpet, new sheet rock and new paint, for $725/month" I thought I found the perfect home for me and my 2 daughters.

When I got here, 770 miles and 3 states later, the home wasn't even a 3 bedroom, it was a 2 bedroom. Nor did it have new carpet or new paint. There was one wall that didn't even have sheet rock on it, and you could see the studs.

When I refused to move in, and asked for my $925 back, they said they would not refund my $925, and had their lawyer send me threatening letters.

Are you kidding me?

Because I don't have money to hire an attorney, I am taking it into my own hands, so nobody else has to get ripped off like I did.
