I received a collect call on 3G Collect. I paid by check on October 21, 2012, but continued to receive invoices on my cell phone. I told them I had paid but the invoices continued and became threatening. I paid a second time by credit card, and have sent them the cancelled check, demanding a refund. So far I have heard nothing. Also, why is it necessary in the 21st century to charge 20.00 for a collect call?
