I am using this form to contact you because I can't find the correct one. I have a complaint against a product that has their own Satisfaction Guaranteed seal and the Good Housekeeping seal of approval on it. The product that I am very unhappy with is Frontline Plus. It not only is a terrible product that doesn't work on my dog but when I called the company they won't do anything about it even with your seal and theirs on the box. The girl said I have to have my receipt for them to honor their guarantee. I have the box with some left in it and it doesn't say that anywhere on the box so I didn't keep my receipt. I bought the product about 6 mos. ago and the receipt is missing. I paid about $65 for the box of 6 and shipping. One reason I bought the product was because of their Satisfaction Guaranteed seal on it and the Good Housekeeping Seal. Now the receptionist told me I should have gone to their website and it would have told me there. What if I didn't have a computer and it doesn't tell me to go to their web site for the guarantee to be good on the box. I know they are in the wrong and I need your help. I was treated very poorly and the girl hung up on me. Their box has fraudulent advertising on it because they don't care about my satisfaction being guaranteed and they don't back your Seal of Approval. She said that's just on there for advertising for you. Help me please. I am a disabled Vietnam vet on a low income.
