I bought profit's overflow on the 25/08/12 and since then I've been having problem's with them ever since. I followed all the detail's on the training video's as it said and applied it to the software and once i found that I had a problem I went to Skype were they had got a support team to help me which they tried to with any success. They even took away my software details and told me that they would get it fixed but never did and keep putting me of. the 2 names of the people in software support are as follow's 1) Shella. 2) Shomer. Both are from philipinn's. they told me that they had pass it onto technical team. I Also was given a Ladie's name called AMY which I think she is based in England so I e.mailed her on numeriou's occasions and she told me that she would get me on Skype to get this sorted and I'm still waiting on her to do so. I have paid nearly £1000.00 for this piece of software and it does'nt work.Could you's please help me with this complaint.
