I have been doing business with this company called Wegener Media (Owner is David Wegener). I had been sending him computer products regularly every week and he pays me regularly every week after I sent him products until October 2012 which I last heard from him is 13th Oct.2012.He had ignored my calls/emails/sms after 13th October, I had even left messages with his staff for him to return my calls but still in vain.I went to his office & he claims that I sent him fake products and the manufacturer had seized his products & file a law suit against him & he is going bankrupt. However, I saw similar products that are in his office (obviously he is still in business & likely to have bought from someone else). He shows me a letter from a law firm about the suit filed against him but refused to let me have a copy (obviously he had created that copy himself). In any case, any companies who faced a genuine situation with the manufacturer would called the supplier straight away and maybe even file a claim against me, but that was not done instead, he keep avoiding my calls/emails/SMSes.
