I brought a website from them for £6175 and having ranked up on the Alexa rankings to Uk 8129 thought I was doing Ok, well as I had to join twitter some one followed me and told me about the business yourownstore and told me about it and yes Its bad news :-(.
I've invested my only savings into this business as I was in an accident which put me out of my job.
I'm so angry and upset that they could do this to people trying to earn a living, my money has gone and I've still got a content writer who I've got to pay for works done.
Is there any way of getting anything back from them?
All the address lead to somewhere but not likely to be there I found another company called BLUE RIDE MEDIA LTD also cannot find via Google maps, yes they are on there but a business surely would be vizable?
YOUROWNSTORE Companies House is reg to 426-428 holdenhurst road BH8 9AA,yet on their website the company address is DALTON HOUSE 60 WINDSOR AVENUE LONDON ENGLAND SW19 2RR COMPANY No 06990548.

Can anyone help?

  • no, Im worried that if I keep making contact they will turn off my website:-(. I've not worked on the site now for 8 days, after reading the reviews about people working on their sites and only making £12 in 2 years!
    As for ref regarding other successful sites I was put in contact with the guy who brought www.myrugbyshop.com and he told me that he did'nt work on the store for the first 2 months due to his holidays but in the first 12 months he has had a return off 80% of the estimated return he was told he would get!
    He also started www.youviewproperty servive.co.uk his name was john and he was the contact I was given by Tom Fraser [email protected]
    After I had contact with him I was sold on the business :-(.

    I would like to gather some more important and relevant information here, to use as factual evidence supporting our case.
    Can all people who are actively seeking to get their money back from this company share with us the following answers;

    1) Did yourownstore supply you any reference to call for positive testimonials and feedback?

    2) If yes can you share with us the names they supplied you with please?

    3) And whether you called any of them? and what exactly was their feedback?

    4) Did any of them state that they are on target to earn 80% of the minimum estimated annual earnings?

    This is very vital information which is required to help our cause even further and my advisor has requested this as anyone found guilty of giving out misleading/false testimonials is also committing a criminal offence.

    As you can see above in my last post every thing that you have asked for is in my post and I had not seen you post until now, It looks like its the same as what you have gone through. :-((. I do have the recipts also for the store I brought but I cant upload it for some reason?
