I was deployed to Afghanistan with the Dept of Defense and charges for $14.99 a month for a "subscription" to Real Network Superpass, which I never authorized, started appearing on my bill. Good luck trying to call back on a commercial line (their number is (206) 674-2650) to get the "subscription" stopped. I returned to the US in May 2012, and contacted my credit card company in Jun to dispute the charges. I just saw again that I was charged in Sep and Oct. Thanks for ripping off people who are deployed. What jerks!! I called my credit card company and they were good enough to take off five months of charges. There is nothing I can do about the six months prior to that.
