I went on to there site and completed the form for a loan. When they rang I said I would not agree to any loan without it being in writing and also I would need to read it and agree. They then put the phone down on me... That night they took £76.00 from my bank account without me authorising it. I have been to the bank and changed accounts. They say via email that I agreed to be a member of their site for loans and this cost £76 and further payments will be taken out of my account monthly
