I received a message on my computer that microsoft recommended I purchase RegClean for $29.99. I then was given a telephone number should I have any problems. My $29.99 payment went to a company called Cleverbridge and then my computer would not work. I called the number and was told I needed to spend $199.99 to clean up thousands of damaging malware. I attempted to pay the $199.99 to another company called Avangate but my bank put a hold on the payment. At present this company has my computer hostage and I can not use it. I am told that if I do not pay the $199.99 that they can not fix my computer. What can I do. (Personal Information Removed)
