I work as an investigative agent for a county board of developmental disabilities. On 11/3/2012, someone from 867-331-8277 identifying himself as "Mike Lopez" called one of our individuals with developmental disabilities several times over the weekend claiming he won a big prize and he needed to pay $150 via Western Union for taxes to claim his price. This matter was reported to the police department and is being investigated by the county board. The client's staff prevented him from giving the money; therefore, the caller phoned him again and threatened to kill him if he didn't pay the amount.
