I WAS CONTACTED TO OFFER ME A $3000 LOAN AND I WAS TO PREPAY 3 MONTHS PAYMENTS BY WESTERN UNION TO SHAWN BAKER IN ESSEX ONTARIO CANADA.
THEN TOLD I WAS REQUIRED TO PAY HALF THE INSURANCE. I WOULD BE REIMBURSED PLUS FEES WITHIN 1 HOUR. THEN I WAS TOLD THAT I NEEDED TO PAY THE FULL INSURANCE BY WESTERN UNION AGAIN AND THEN I WOULD RECEIVE THE LOAN. I WAS TRAPPED AND WHEN I WANTED A REFUND I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE UP TO THE LENDER ON A BILLER CYCLE AND NOT UNTIL 45 DAYS LATER. SO I CONTINUED TO SEND THE MONEY . I WAS THEN TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE THE LOAN IN MY ACCOUNT AT 7:20PM ON NOV. 2 I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MONEY AND WAS TOLD IT HAD BEEN DONE.
