Same girl selling magazines door to door for a trip to Italy through the Art Institue of Houston's culinary program. Same scam & she even asked to come in the home to use the table - possibly casing my house. She went by Jessica M., heavy set, stunk of cigarettes, crimpy sandy brown hair, green blue eyes, and huge gap in her lower front teeth. She even said the mags were going to VA hospitals for the Wounded Warrior program - now that's evil if you ask me. Jessica - police report filed, your description is in the hands of the HPD now. Have fun wondering if there's a cop waiting for you around every corner when you're out scamming the neighborhoods. And don't even think about coming back my way, you'd be sorry.

- Why didn't you just call the number on the receipt? All you had to do was call and cancel the order and they would have told you that girl is lying to people and what she said was false. I called them before they cashed my check so they canceled my order and even mailed my check back to me. The lady on the phone explained to me that the receipts state that they are NOT affiliated with any schools, charities, fundraisers, or students. She also said that these people are not employees of United Circulation LLC. They are independent contractors who are contracted to other companies. United Circulation is basically the customer service and fulfillment center for these people. I don't blame United Circulation one bit for these conniving thieves.
