Same complaint as other posts. Got text "Due to irregularities security systems, we decided to restrict your Federal CU card. For your safety, call 1-(919)-481-9115" I did not call the number as it seemed suspicious (I don't know what a Federal CU card is and would not be notified in this way). Came through on same type of ID used on my cell phone when I get alerts that I have signed up for (from Metro or DC).
