This has been happening since July. I went to the bank every month and they say there is nothing they can do. I need more info for them to stop it. I have no idea who these people are and why they got my information. I don't really want to get a new checking account. It involves changing too much stuff. I just want this to stop. I live on a limited income and can't afford this every month. I t may not be much to some people, but it is to me. Please help.

Update: 12/01/2012

They are still debiting $16 from my account every month. I have no idea how to get in touch with them. And they won't get in touch with me.
