Sadly, same as another complain filed 10/1: Purchased a camera lens through their website (via Google link). We were contacted stating that there was a delay in shipping, and could we pay via COD. We verified that our CC hadn't already been charged, and got a Cashier's Check as requested. Box arrived but had the wrong item. I contacted customer service, and the guy seemed nice, said to ship it back and they would send the correct item as soon as the box was rec'd, plus refund pur shipping costs. I shipped the box back, and received USPS confirmation of delivery, but no contact from the company. Tried sending them an email, but it bounced back; tried to go to the website for their phone #, but the domain is now available for purchase through GoDaddy.
