I was playing online slots with a free $100 chip I received from Slots Jungle. I won $3000 but according to their rules, since I was playing on a free chip, I was only allowed to collect $500.

I have had repeated internet and phone chats with Slots Jungle informing them among other things, that I had changed banks, and that they were to wire the $500 to my new bank. They said they sent the money to my old bank. I went to my old bank and was told that they never received a wire from Slots Jungle. I checked with my new bank and found that no deposit was made there either. I reported my findings to Slots Jungle and was told I would be paid by the end of the week. I told them I wanted my money by Sept. 2nd or I would report Slots Jungle to gaming authorities.
