10 day trial for only 3.87 billed on my credit card instructed to go on website to download info for a government grant . When going to the website usfinancialresources.com states an agreement my credit card would be billed 59.95 monthly without my prior knowledge or consent Also cannot cancel this fee duriing the 10 day trial . I called customer service @ 1-866-549-6225 and was told I could not cancel on sept. 1 because my account wasnt in the system yet even though they had taken my credit card info for 3.87 and given me their website to download membership . Sending them an email to cancel and calling customer service to notify again i want to cancel also notified my bank to stop transaction which will cost me 33.00 to do so . This is a hard lesson learned not to trust emails offering these services without a hitch
