I was sold a motorcycle for $3000.00 over the retail price and at 22% interest for the life of the loan, 6 yrs. Was not supplied with a major part of the bike, headset and they are refusing to correct this problem.They took advantage of my lack of knowledge about pricing of motorcycle.I feel that discrimination is playing a major role in this situation, I'm black. Other Harley dealers looked this bike up in their system and told me that the bike is retailed at $12,500. My first payment was due on Nov. 3, 2012 which I did not pay and don't intend to pay which is probably going to impact my credit.

- I should have the sell price reduced, interest reduced and supplied with a headset. This bike only has 8024 miles on it and it's a 2005. If the bike was pre-owned, they should have gotten the headsets from the previous owner. The bike is a FLHTCUI Harley model. The final payoff amount for this bike is over $30,000, the least that I should have is a set of headphones. I'm also paying for a 2yr extended warranty which is also covering the headphones that I don't have. This issue would be better discussed via phone. It has to many twist and turns.
