I purchased the online software from them on how to use clickbank. It promises access to a start up rep who I can never get a hold of and my calls are not returned.It promises a step by step e-book which has not been provided. There is lots of information in what they provide but no direction in how to actually use it. They offer a 60 day money back guarantee which I would like to use and have it credited back to my Mastercard.
