Ordered four lanterns on 10/29/12 with help from customer service from someone name Shirl.I paid $9.99 for faster service inwhich I was told by Shirl I would reciev e the lantern by 11/03/20123.I called back to check on the order on 11/02/2012, spoke to K.Parker.Shelia,kenneth,Mervin and manager Josh with all of them telling me different stories and with the final story being the lanterns being picked up by UPS on 11/02/2012 and they not having a tracking number.I told them UPS would not pick up a package without assing a tracking number. My personal opinion is anyone buying the Old Brooklyn Lantern ,DO NOT they are liers and just pitiful to deal with.They always give you a bunch of mess. The company is not worthy of anything.
