I purchased a BlackBerry replacement screen, (which took ages to be delivered from China), which failed after a few months. The site claims to offer a 12 month warranty, however it has been impossible, despite many emails, to get them to replace the screen or offer a refund, with all but one email going unanswered. The one answered claimed they has forwarded my complaint to the person who could resolve my problem, but then silence again, and despite many emails nothing back!!
I would steer very clear of this site!!
