I applied online for a cash advance to see how much I could get. I decided that the amount was too low, but before I could cancel the search phone calls began to come in from all types of lenders. I kindly told them that I was not interested. About 2 weeks later a deposit for $200 showed up into my account and I did not authorize it. They began deducting $60 from my account and now this is the second time they have done this. I did not talk to anyone from this company, nor did I approve the transaction in any way. I did not give them permission to touch my account and did not e-sign anything from them binding me to a contract. I searched their number which is not listed on their website and have no way to contact them. My bank won't stop the transaction because they have my routing and account number so they insist I authorized this. Not sure where to go from here!!!

  • I got up this morning and there was $300 in my account from this company of course it was unauthorized like you....here is the number that I actually was able to get a hold of 1-800-302-5282 and they said they were going to reverse it and I would get a confirmation email....which I have not gotten yet to be honest I never got any emails from them at all so how they got any of my information I am unsure of....I am really pissed and feel almost violated.....they said they would take back out the $300 in approx 2 days but I don't know if I wait or go in and close down my account all the way......

  • I just had the same happen to me, I called their 800 number and told them I did not want the money and to reverse the charges. And as long as the loan wasn't touched they just take their 300 and go. They said they would it would take a few days because of the holiday. This morning when I went to check my account 30 dollars was gone, which I assume was from them as I have been spending no money to make sure the money was there for them to take. Reading all of these complaints doesn't give me much hope as I haven't found one that has been resolved. I'm going to give them until Thursday and then I'm shutting down the account. I am too broke right now to have any kind of money taken out of my account that is not for use to pay for my expenses.
