I BOUGHT A COPY ROLEX WATCH FROM THEM BY CREDIT CARD. IT TOOK 5 WEEKS TO ARRIVE. IT SEEMED O.K., UNTIL IT WAS TIME TO ADJUST IT FOR DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME, AND THEN THE ADJUSTMENT WINDER JUST LOCKED UP. 1st THEY TOLD ME TO WIND IT, BUT WHEN I SAID THAT WAS NOT POSSIBLE, I WAS TOLD BY JERI AND ALICE OF THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" TO SEND IT TO THAT ADDRESS FOR A REPLACEMENT. THAT WAS OVER 3 MONTHS AGO, AND NOW THEY DO NOT ANSWER MY EMAIL AND I DON'T EVENHAVE THE DEFECTIVE WATCH. IT DID LOOK OK-BUT IT WAS NOT A WATCH THAT COULD TELL TIME- IT WAS USELESS. I HOPE THERE IS A WAY TO GET MONEY BACK.
