I paid to be on a month to month customer. They charged me for the 1st months bill of usage up front. I was paying nearly $80.00 monthly and when I asked for a reduced offer, they offered me a $49.00 monthly deal but I had to sign up for a 2 year contract. I did, but soon again my bills were up to nearly $80.00 again. I canceled my contract and now they are charging me an outstanding bill of $63.53 and also $200.00 for canceling my contract???can you help me?

- Would prefer that they stop charging me for this bill. I don't care for their business practices.Am not planning on using them again as my phone carriers. Need a zero balance letter from them in case they try to charge me again.
