They called me stating that i had paid an amount of money previously, and that i was to receive something from them in the mail, but yet i haven't received anything. They told me they would put me on the an automated machine stating that the automated machine does not respond to the answer no. But yet they told me that i was to answer yes and that anything that is offered is not going to be charged to my account whether i say yes...Now im sure they dont record what they say but yet use the automated machine as proof of confirmation being given. This is ridiculous and i would like to help terminate them
