HOPE THIS HELPS OTHER VICTIMS

After taking £89.99 out of my account without my permission I was fuming! I spoke to the company who told me there was nothing they could do and I had to email, I told 'Ben' I was not willing to do this as I already tried and no response, after asking if this was a scam Ben got defensive and rude and Ben then hung up and hung up on me another 3 times after being extremely rude! However I then told my dad what had gone on and he then made a call to them. In the call he told them what had happened and if the money was not put back into my account we would report it to the financial ombudsman and the fraud police and watchdog. They assured me that I would receive a cheque within 28 days so I have then the benefit of the doubt, took the mans name I spoke to then and the address of company and hung up. I then called the bank to cancel anything else going out of my account only to find they had put the money straight back into my account. I had to cancel my card however but i suppose i got it lucky considering some people disnt get theirs back. They obviously had something to be scared off if this isn't a scam! I hope this helps others x
