Purchased MS Outlook 2010 and when I went to download the file, I was offered a free upgrade to MS Office Pro 2010. Took 24 hours to download and the file wouldn't install saying it was missing important registry files and MS Excel. I went online to Microsoft via the upgrade assistant and typed in the product license key given to me prior to downloading the MS Office Pro 2010, only to find it wasn't valid. Contacted support to get my money back and surprise surprise, no answer! A total waste of money!
