I applied for their RegClean Pro for $29.95. When it went to work on the computer, up came another ad for another system for further cleaning. I downloaded that for another 29.95, and up comes a full service ad for the complete package for $50. Now I can't get them off of my computer. Every time I go on line their ad comes up. In their ad, they say that they are approved by Microsoft, and by McAfee. Why don't they answer their customer service e-mail address?
