charged my account 29.95 and put me overdrawn which caused me to be -79.00 because of overdraft fee of 25.00 and my recent purchases bounced. they did not have my permission, i never heard of the website and they told me they got my info from someone else.. i demand a full payment of all overdraft fees. called to check on status of refund on 11/1/2012 she said it has been processed and again it should be there in 5 to 7 business days. So Im having to wait even longer.
