I am the Power of Attorney for my 81 year old mother who as also apparently been taken by this company. she suffers from Dementia/Early Alzheimers. When I found that this money had been taken from my mothers checking account I immediately called 888-778-0081. At that time I was also told that a refund would be sent within 21 days.It is now November 1st and I have called repeatedly asking where her money is. I am told that the refund has been approved but the money has not been released. This is a crying shame that this company takes our older generation for so much money. My mother is on a fixed income and needs this money returned! She claims to have never authorized this withdrawal and given her health issues this should not have happened period. G12A5VVCDE0GANXA
