Iam once again subiting a complaint about cool handle. End of augaust took 267.00 from my bank account when they refused a refund i posted a complaint with scambook.Adam R sent me ae-mail on 9/6/12 that if i would remove the complaint that as a courtesy that they would lik to offer a full refund of 212.15 i contacte scabbook ifound out that they have a policy not to remove complaints once posted. they have yet to issue the refund please help me. signed faye draughon e-mail (Personal Information Removed) #OT553916
