Tried to purchase product using greendot card. gave him the scratchoff numbers and never received product. never received anymore emails. spent $500.00 plus $4.95 for greendot card. I tried to contact him but he did not return my emails. Prior to that he was very personable and understanding about my need for the product.

Make sure, if you haven't already, to contact Green Dot via email or by phone and let them know what happened. Green Dot cards transactions can be traced. However, Green Dot will tell you that you need to file a complaint with your local authorities for the records to be subpoenaed.They have been wonderful so far in helping me with our situation where we were scammed. Hope this helps:) -
