I withdrew $20 out of my account at this valero in Tyler tx and the next day I have $2 charge, a $2.50 charge because of course this was not my bank atm. But a Bratt.company charge of $4.97 (what is this) I called my bank and they said it would actually have to go through before I could file in recovery claim.
