I'm another stupid person who fell foul of this disgusting company. I assumed that I was being offered a prize for answering a pop up survey on the internet, a free trial of antiwrinkle cream for paying £3.95 postage. It appears that if you do not return the package intact within 14 days (to an address in Israel) then they will take £59.95 from your account, and thereafter money on a monthly basis for what they call 'autofill' cream. I made a very expensive call to Israel not very helpful - just told to return the goods, but I did receive an e mail from Victoria advising that my subscription was cancelled - I did make a bit of a fuss! I contacted my bank who were aware of this company and what they were doing, and they advised me that any further money taken will be reclaimed from them, they also advised me to contact the company and cancel my subscription, which has been done. So my advice is:- refuse delivery from the courier (which I have done today), send an e mail to [email protected] attention Victoria cancelling your subscription and ring your bank. Sorry to rant on a bit, but I am so annoyed and wish to give this company all the bad publicity that they deserve, and hopefully stop other people from falling for this scam.
