I am so ashamed I could be scammed. I ordered 3 month of the so called pure green coffee for £92.00 after an advert of the product by Dr. OZ on the internet,got order confirmation number in the mail, no delivery, no update bugs website,their telephone and email posted as

"If you have any questions or there was an error with your order please contact us at 1-888-999-5851 or if we are not able to answer then email us at [email protected] and we will resolve all your customer service needs."

is bogus. I can't still believe it a scam. and I ave been scammed. I need my money back how can I get it? plese help!

  • I'm also annoyed that I fell for this scam. I kept getting kicked out of the site when I attempted to place the 'TRAIL" order, so I placed the "Buy 2 Get One Free" order, which cost $97.98. I was annoyed that it would;t let me process the trail order but, I thought, oh well.

    Then, several days later I received a phone call, from their service dept (ph# 888-999-5851) whereby they told me that they're sorry that my order didn't go through, according to their records. I then stated that my order did go through and that I'd received a confirmation number, even though it wouldn't allow me to place a trail order and at this point, I wanted to just cancel the order, because this had become such a hassle. I was apologized to and told that I would have to "wait until I received the product" and then call to cancel my order. I finally received the product.

    Against my better judgement, I did open the one bottle (which I thought was FREE, as the order stated, buy 2, get 1 FREE) but, I had a bad reaction to the 1 capsule that I tried. I've now called to return all the bottles and I'm being told that i will only receive a credit (after another 2 week waiting process) of $65.33 when I return the two unopened bottles.

    I'm being told that I should have ordered the "TRAIL" size, if I wanted to try it for free and that the offer that I had purchased was not really, "Buy 2 get 1 FREE but it was purchasing all three at a reduced price". What a scam!!! When I reiterated that their system wouldn't allow the TRAIL size option to process, I was then told that yes, they had had a few bugs in their system which they've now worked out but, I can only get a credit for the two unopened bottle that I'm going to return.

    I WANT MY COMPLETE $97.98 RETURNED. THIS PURCHASE WAS A SCAM. I can understand if I used all but 5 capsules and tried to return everything but, I only tried 1 capsule from something that was advertised as, "BUY 2 GET 1 FREE".
